Trinity Petroleum Services has been providing the North Queensland wholesale and retail markets with high quality fuel and lubricant products for almost 40 years.

Due to its partnerships with Exxon Mobil and Sinopec Premium Lubricants, both leaders in their respective fields, clients of Trinity Petroleum can be confident that the fuel and oil products they are using have been formulated and tested to achieve the highest quality standards.

With clients across the mining, shipping, aviation, agriculture and transport sectors, Trinity Petroleum sources specialised fuel and lubricant products specifically designed to meet the particular needs of each sector.  In addition, due to Exxon Mobil and Sinopec’s commitment to ongoing research and development, the products Trinity Petroleum provide are designed to meet the fuel and lubricant grade requirements of even the most cutting edge technologies and machinery.

Delivery schedules

Trinity Petroleum operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year which enables it to schedule deliveries to suit the individual supply and usage needs of individual clients.

Fuel infrastructure and plant

Trinity Petroleum is able to source and supply all fuel storage and dispensing equipment required by clients including underground storage tanks, pumps and bowsers.

Products

Trinity Petroleum stock and deliver a wide range of fuels and lubricants.  Material Safety Data Sheets are available for all products. 

Marine Bunkering

Trinity Petroleum have over 30 years’ experience in supplying marine fuels to luxury and commercial vessels.

Trinity Petroleum are also stockists of Mobil and Sinopec lubricant products, and can source other specific oils as requested.

Whilst Cairns and Townsville are the primary marine area supplied, Trinity Petroleum can assist with fuel bunkering Australia wide.

Marine Refuelling Options

• Re-fuelling at: Sailfish Quay, Trinity Wharf 1-6 (please contact Ports North for Berthing arrangements) and Port of Townsville
• Truck Bunkering at all Cairns Shipyards
• De-bunkering as required for maintenance works and shipyard repairs
• Other fuels such as Unleaded, Avgas and Jet A1 are available for bunkering to ensure tenders and toys have sufficient fuel.

Trinity Petroleum offer refuelling services for Superyachts berthing at Cairns Marlin Marina and Trinity Wharf, and are a Corporate Member of the Super Yacht Group Great Barrier Reef.

Compliances

Trinity Petroleum operate under a number of compliance regimes that guide our overall fuel delivery service. Copies of these documents can be provided upon request.  These include:

• MARPOL compliance
• Bunker Safety Checklist
• ISO 9001:2015 Quality systems for the distribution and delivery of petroleum accreditation
• Safe Load Program (SLP) certification for all drivers and tankers
• Dangerous Goods licenses
• Mass management under NHVR
• Fatigue management under NHVR
• MSIC and police clearance for drivers where required
• All trucks and trailers undergo regular Certificate of inspection and follow a strict maintenance regime
